A rear-tine counter-rotating tiller with a wide operating breadth is ideal for big, open spaces.

The rear-tine tillers are intended for usage on lawns and tightly packed soil. These devices efficiently break up dirt thanks to their motorized wheels and counter-rotating tines.

Doing some minor gardening? Get a front-tine!

For modest landscaping tasks like preparing flowerbeds and garden patches, front-tine tillers are appropriate. These tillers come in operating widths ranging from 24 to 85 cm and are powered by tines. The smaller variants can be equipped with accessories for a variety of outdoor tasks and are ideal for cramped garden areas. 

General advice when buying a tiller

Consider purchasing a front-tine tiller with accessories for moss raking, edging, scarifying, and plowing if you want to do a variety of garden activities. Make sure the tiller you select has transport wheels or carrying handles if your landscape has a lot of little patches and flower beds.
