Q. How long will the delivery take?

 

• We strive to deliver all our orders in the shortest time possible. Depending upon your pincode, the delivery time usually varies between 2 - 6 working days. In case the item is to be delivered to an ODA pincode, the delivery time then varies between 5-10 working days.

 

Q. How can I track my order?

 

•  You can track your order as soon as it is shipped out. To know the status of your order, just tap on the ‘Track Order’ option on the top right corner of our website and enter your Email Id along with your Order Id.

 

Q. Are your products genuine?

 

• Machinery Dukaan ensures that every product listed on our website passes the quality check before the item is shipped. All our products are 100% genuine and authentic.

 

Q. The product I received is damaged?

 

• Our team verifies each order is packed and wrapped thoroughly with a minimum of 2 layers ensuring the safety of each item that is shipped via our warehouses. In case an item received is still broken or damaged, we suggest you to take a photo of the damaged item & WhatsApp us the same immediately on our Customer Care number, our team will get in touch with you right away.

 

Q. What if the amount got deducted from my account but I did not receive an Order Id?

 

• We ensure that an Order ID is confirmed only once our bank receives the payment from your bank. Sometimes, due to unforeseen reasons, the amount might be debited from your account but hasn’t been received by us yet. Please call us on our Customer Care number and our team will get in touch with you immediately.
